This past summer, Fridays at Chestnut had a special flavor and a unique rhythm. We hosted our weekly Chestnut Friday Cookout, a series that quickly became the signature way to kick off the weekend.
This wasn't your typical buffet. We tore down the wall between the kitchen and your plate, creating an interactive culinary event centered around live cooking. The air was filled with the irresistible aroma of smoky BBQ as our chefs expertly grilled tender brisket and crafted perfect sliders right before our guests' eyes. It was the freshness of à la carte dining combined with the variety and freedom of a buffet.
The spread was a carnivore's dream, featuring succulent, meaty options fresh off the grill. This was perfectly complemented by an extensive selection of vibrant salads, savory rice, and other delicious accompaniments, creating a balanced and satisfying meal for every palate.
Setting the mood, our resident DJ provided the perfect soundtrack for the evening, spinning a smooth selection of chill house music that was sophisticated, social, and perfectly relaxed—the ideal vibe to ease into a summer weekend.
The Chestnut Friday Cookout was more than a meal; it was a complete sensory experience that brought friends and families together. Now that the summer season has come to a close, we want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made these Friday nights so memorable.
