Yacob Safadi, a pioneer in Erbil's hospitality industry, founded Al Salt Hospitality in 2019 to create exceptional and innovative F&B experiences. With a background in finance and his current role as CFO of a leading tech provider in Kurdistan, Yacob has successfully launched and operated two thriving F&B franchises from Jordan: Buffalo Wings & Rings and Chestnut Restaurant & Pub. Prior to entrepreneurship, he spent eight years at Ernst & Young in Amman after earning a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, combining financial expertise with a passion for hospitality.
Rami Salameh, with over 15 years in the F&B industry, began his career on the front lines after earning a Bachelor's in Hospitality. He gained experience in Saudi Arabia and Jordan with brands like Al Baik and Buffalo Wings & Rings. As Managing Director of Al Salt Hospitality, Rami leverages his expertise in audit, training, and franchise operations to lead the successful launch and management of Buffalo Wings & Rings and Chestnut Restaurant & Pub in Erbil.
